Olyonis — Shop Policies
Paste these into Shopify admin → Settings → Policies. Shopify shows one box per policy; just paste the text (no HTML tags needed, Shopify's editor handles formatting — bold text below is just for your reference).
I drafted these as a reasonable default for a UK pre-order food business, but I'm not a lawyer — worth a quick read-through (or a solicitor's five minutes) before you rely on them, especially the cross-border import angle.

Refund policy
Olyonis Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sold as a pre-order ahead of our first harvest, expected December 2026. This policy explains your rights before and after your order ships.
Before dispatch
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Email Hello@olyonis.co.uk with your order number and we'll process the refund within 5 working days.
After dispatch
If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.
Change of mind
As Olyonis is a perishable food product, once a bottle has been opened we're unable to accept a return for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own cost; please contact us first.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping policy
Pre-order timing. Olyonis oil is cold-pressed from a single December harvest in Lakonia, Greece. Orders placed now are reserved against that batch; we expect to dispatch in December 2026, once the oil has been pressed, lab-tested and bottled. We'll email you as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship. At launch we're shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to open up further destinations as the business grows.
Delivery. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Dates given before the harvest are estimates, not guarantees — if timing changes materially we'll email everyone with an order on file.

Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed at shop.olyonis.co.uk, operated by Olyonis Limited, Flat 8, 24 Capel Crescent, Stanmore, HA7 4ZE, United Kingdom ("Olyonis", "we", "us").
Pre-orders. Olyonis Extra Virgin Olive Oil is currently sold on a pre-order basis. Placing an order reserves a bottle from our first harvest and payment is taken at the time of order, in full, in GBP. The oil has not yet been bottled at the time of sale; estimated dispatch is December 2026. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Pricing. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Cancellations and refunds. See our Refund Policy.
Our liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
